Our units/spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis. Your rental can be long or short term – depending on your needs. Customers with long term needs may prepay on a yearly basis and may receive a discount for doing so. Contact us for more info on the prepay discount.
Yes, you are required to provide your own round disc lock. Pad locks are not allowed. We offer disc locks with three keys for purchase.
You will need to bring a government issued ID.
You may pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website or over the phone with a credit or debit card. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card account monthly.
Your payment is due on the 1st of every month. Our system will not allow a tenant to enter the property after the 1st if you have not yet made your payment. A late fee and overlock fee will be applied at the close of business on the 5th day of the month if payment has not been received in to the office. After the close of business on the 11th there will be another late fee assessed.
You can access your unit between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Stop-N-Stor employees will be available to assist you with your storage needs or payments. Gate hours are the hours when your unit can be accessed.
Yes! Stop-N-Stor now has outdoor storage options for vehicles, RV’s and trailers. Spots are limited so contact us today for your outdoor storage needs.
Yes, you are always required to keep a round disc lock on your unit.
If you lose the key to your lock you will need contact Stop-N-Stor to schedule a time to have your lock cut for you. There is a fee to do so, if you need this done contact us during normal business hours. Tenants are not allowed to cut their own lock.
